WHAT IS NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING?

Neuro Linguistic Programming is a set of the most advanced and cutting edge technologies today for creating human change in individuals, groups and businesses.

N  is for  Neuro, nervous system – Mind/body.

The mind uses the five senses and produces behaviours.

L is for Lingusitic , which means language, (external and internal) and communication (self and others.)

P is for Programming, the program that we run inside ourselves to create our behaviours.  Everything around us is first created in the mind, so it’s about ensuring what goes on inside produces the greatest results for ourselves.   It’s about the way we think and how this produces our results and behaviours.  NLP is also called “The Study of Excellence.” It is modelled on “What works”  and the cutting edge tools and techniques within NLP can produce desired behavioural changes, which is why it is so effective in changing and transforming lives.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Our mind works on two levels, the conscious and the unconscious or subconscious level. Our conscious mind is where we make our decisions, think and act. Our subconscious mind is where our habits, memories and emotions are stored and where all LEARNING, CHANGE and BEHAVIOUR takes place. It is really our subconscious mind, the 90% of our mind, that runs our lives. Most people are out of rapport or in conflict with these parts of the mind. In the relaxed state of hypnosis, we can communicate directly with the subconscious mind to effect quick and lasting change.

IS HYPNOSIS FOR ME?

Hypnosis is often compared to being in a trance like state, and is somewhat akin to daydreaming, something that we all do each and every day!  Remember that feeling when you “lose yourself” in an absorbing book or a great movie, or when you drive somewhere, arrived safely but not really consciously remembering everything along the way!   Well, that is rather like what hypnosis is.  You are fully conscious, but you manage to tune out to most of the stimuli around you. In this pleasant relaxed state, somewhere between wakefulness and sleep, suggestions can be accepted at the subconscious level when you want to change, resulting in quick and effective changes.

As all habits, memories and emotions are stored in our subconscious part of our mind, and as all change takes place here, it is imperative that the focus of change is here, beneath the surface in the subconscious mind. This is the reason why you can create positive change in your life.

Everyone with an average IQ can be successful in hypnosis, and it will be totally tailored to suit your needs.  You will be aware, awake and in control all the time.
