Having facilitated a number of workshops and worked with hundreds of clients, I wanted to create some resources and tools that can be used at home  by you.  My mission is to help people the world over to live happier and healthier lives and to be empowered to live life on their terms.

 

Hypnosis is a powerful and proven method for helping people bring about changes in their lives. It has been used as an effective tool to help people change or let go of unwanted habits, such as smoking, unhealthy eating or over eating.  Our habits reside in our subconscious mind and as this is the part of our mind that runs our lives, it is the area we must focus on to make lasting change. It is also where all true learning, behaviour and change takes place. When we embed the subconscious mind with positive suggestions that are in alignment with what we consciously want, we can start to develop new healthier habits until they become part of our daily life.
